SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:

        ISA 16-bit memory mapped board at C8000h does not function properly,
        will not load or run.  Example: UB NIUpc board does not initialize
        and errors out loading drivers.

DESCRIPTION:

        ENABLMEM.SYS sets the bus to run properly with ISA boards that do
        16-bit memory reads and writes to the system.

HOW TO USE:

        1.  Copy the program ENABLMEM.SYS to the hard disk.

        2.  Edit CONFIG.SYS and place the following line first:

                          DEVICE=<path>\ENABLMEM.SYS

            where <path> is the path where ENABLMEM.SYS is to be found
